Creative Service Agreement

Vision of Sanders is a creative division of A+ Techucation LLC. Services begin only after the inquiry is accepted and the scope, price, schedule, location, deliverables, editing approach, usage rights, responsibilities, and applicable releases are confirmed in writing. An inquiry or payment alone does not confirm a session.

Scope, deliverables and client responsibilities

The written confirmation controls the number and type of sessions, concepts, locations, selected images, edits, file formats, delivery method, timeline, and included revisions. Raw files, unused images, source files, commercial licenses, printing, travel, studio fees, wardrobe, makeup, styling, permits, and third-party charges are excluded unless expressly included.

Clients must provide accurate information, arrive prepared and on time, disclose accessibility or safety needs, obtain location permissions when assigned, and provide lawful materials. Clients are responsible for backing up delivered files after receipt.

Image ownership and usage rights

A+ Techucation LLC retains copyright in original photographs and creative work unless a signed written agreement transfers specified rights. The client receives only the personal or commercial usage license stated in the agreement. The client may not sell, sublicense, materially alter, misrepresent authorship, remove required credits, or use work for unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

No public portfolio, website, advertising, social-media, competition, training, or promotional use by Vision of Sanders is authorized unless the client separately grants written permission. Purchasing services does not itself grant a model release.

Model-release choices

The client’s service agreement and model release are separate decisions. A release must state the permitted uses, media, duration, territory, compensation if any, and revocation terms where applicable. A client may purchase private-use services without granting public promotional use, subject to the agreed scope and price.

AI enhancement and identity consent

Material AI generation, face alteration, body alteration, background replacement, or identity-affecting enhancement requires express written consent identifying the approved purpose. Vision of Sanders will not intentionally create deceptive identity, nudity, sexual content, unlawful impersonation, discriminatory content, or unauthorized use of another person’s likeness.

Clients must disclose AI-generated or materially altered images when required by an agency, casting platform, employer, client, publication, competition, contract, or law. AI tools may produce unexpected results; acceptance and revision limits are governed by the written scope.

Services involving minors

A parent or legal guardian must authorize and participate in agreements, releases, scheduling, and on-site decisions for a minor. A responsible adult must remain present unless a different lawful arrangement is documented. No adult-themed, sexualized, unsafe, or age-inappropriate concept involving a minor will be accepted.

Payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

• Payment is requested only after written scope and policy confirmation.
• If Vision of Sanders cancels and cannot provide a reasonable reschedule, unperformed prepaid services are refunded.
• A client may cancel for a full refund before creative work, nonrecoverable booking, or third-party spending begins.
• Once work begins, completed work and authorized nonrecoverable costs are nonrefundable; any clearly unearned balance is refunded.
• Rescheduling and any fee must be disclosed and accepted in writing; a missed appointment does not automatically authorize an undisclosed charge.
• Refunds return to the original payment method, subject to financial-institution posting times.

Creative privacy notice

We may collect contact details, creative goals, scheduling information, images, recordings, measurements or sizing voluntarily supplied for planning, consent and release records, payment status, communications, and delivery records. We use this information to evaluate inquiries, plan and deliver services, administer permissions, communicate, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with law.

Private client images are not published without permission. Service providers may support hosting, storage, communications, scheduling, editing, delivery, and payment processing. We do not sell personal information for money. Privacy requests may be sent to aplustechucation@gmail.com.

No career or business outcome guarantee

Vision of Sanders does not guarantee representation, agency acceptance, employment, income, casting, publication, exposure, followers, engagement, portfolio acceptance, or paid bookings. Clients remain responsible for evaluating opportunities, contracts, agencies, clients, platforms, safety, taxes, and professional advice.

Vision of Sanders is not a modeling or talent agency, recruiter, casting company, or employment service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Page Parkes Agency. References and outbound links to an agency are provided only for independent educational and planning purposes; the agency controls its own requirements, selections, communications, and representation decisions.

Website images expressly labeled as fictional mockups are AI-generated adult placeholders. They do not depict clients, represented talent, employees, or successful outcomes. A real person’s image will be published only under the applicable written usage permission or release.
